Community Focus

Our community is rich in diversity, with a population that includes 8.7% Māori, 6.1% Pacific Islanders, and 32.9% Asian residents (2018 statistics). As our community grows and new homes are developed, we are committed to adapting our programs to support the unique needs and opportunities these changes present. We are focused on providing relevant, well-managed, and compliant programs that align with the evolving demographics of our community.
